Su Xing House Chinese Vegetarian Restaurant: Three Sentence Review

1508 Sansom Street, Philadelphia PA, 19102

When I think of Chinese food, I think of fried, I think of grease and I think of meat, bright red or sticky brown or crispy and yellow- I have never once imagined tofu. However, that is exactly what I got at Su Xing House, a place on Sansom Street that specializes in vegetarian Chinese and some of the best bubble tea I have ever tasted. The food was great, the restaurant was refreshingly calm for a Saturday night and the service was impeccable- constant free tea and water refills and waitresses who are wonderful at recommending the best that they have.

Recommendation: MUST TRY

What I got: General Tso’s tofu which was crispy (and the sauce was delicious!) and Pomegranate bubble tea
